The internet has provided the means to communicate via e-mail with other online friends all across the world. One just needs to know the particular e-mail address. Therefore, to help KHS and HHS alumni renew old friendships and provide infomation about themselves, we have established this alumni page to help serve as a central clearing house, so to speak, for graduates from across the years.
All information gathered here is absolutely voluntary and neither Kokomo High School, the Kokomo-Center Township Consolidated School Corporation nor employees of said entities assume any responsibility for the future use of by others or the accuracy and/or content of said forwarded information. Federal privacy laws prohibit us from providing any information other than that which is made public here by the graduate himself. Information gathered here will never be sold or provided in database form to individuals or business entities.
Having made that necessary legal disclaimer, any graduate who would like to provide former classmates with information regarding his/her life, may provide that info using the form provided here.
For those classes planning reunions, if the organizing committee will send us something official, we will gladly post that information. Due to federal privacy laws, we are also unable to provide you with the addresses of present and former school personnel, so please don't contact us for those purposes.
A special "thank you" goes out to Don Blackowiak (Class of '89) for his help in setting up this registration process.
Please note: We have one simple requirement for a listing on our alumni pages; you must possess a valid diploma from either KHS or HHS. You may have attended either school, but transferred to another high school just weeks or months before graduation. This, unfortunately, precludes us from listing you as an alumnus. Also, students possessing a GED diploma are also excluded from being listed here. The GED diploma is issued by the State of Indiana and not by the local school board, thus making the holder of such a diploma ineligible for an alumni listing.
Is this fair? Maybe not, but the line has to be drawn somewhere and that's where the administration has drawn it.

The Kokomo-Howard County Pubic Library, Howard County Historical Society and the Greentown Public Library have created this local history web site. With grant money we started the project with all Howard County high school yearbooks from 1901 to 1950. We are working on adding more yearbooks this year and will probably start with 1977 and work backwards.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with this project. Anyone interested may contact me.
