I ran into Cindy Bowser at the Med Check in Carmel a few years ago. I am working in the world of insurance currently working at an insurance agency now 6 years. Prior to that worked for a national insurance carrier and did duty in Kentucky for two years. Got off that circuit as it was exhausting. Now I get to drive 5 minutes to work and love it! Am currently challenged and exhausted by the hormones and needs of my 13-year old girl. Not sure I will make it to a possible reunion this year, but this website is nice.

Since I couldn't get a date in high school, you'll be surprised to know that I have been married 20 years this October. 1 great kid, a daughter in the class of 2006 at Perry Meridian, 2 dogs and 1 raccoon living under my mini barn. In 1987, I was hired as a reporter and anchor at WISH-TV, the CBS affiliate in Indianapolis. I've won three news Emmy awards for my reporting and I also do a lot of freelance writing. Math and Science were always my favorite subjects in school. With this job, I definitely get to put them both to use. My wife, Nancy, and myself have been married now for over 26 years. My son, Richie, is 25 and still lives with us. Our daughter, Holly, is 22, married and has given us our first grandson. His name is Rylan Early. We currently attend Mt. Personal Comments: Golly gee, my chance to boast. Yahoo!!! Let's see, by 21 years of age--mind you, only 3 short years out of high school AND without a college education!--I had 1. become pretty much cue-ball bald and 2. tipped the scales at more than 300 pounds! Not bad, huh? They say, "It ain't braggin' if it's true." I didn't matriculate until it finally sank in that you don't get on at Delco or Chrysler without knowing someone or at least the word matriculate. I graduated from IUK 4--okay, maybe 20--years later with a GPA. My college years are a blur of donuts and late night trips to Wendy's. (Yet, I don't recall ever running into Randy Lunsford. 'Tis a pitty.) Sometime during my fast times at IUK, I failed miserably at a career in standup comedy. (I think you can see why.)

I moved to NC 7 years ago. There I married a wonderful woman and we had two kids together. I will not joke about my family, because they are truly gifts from God! We moved to Topeka, KS a year ago to be closer to my wife's family, which is scattered throughout Kansas and in Dallas, TX.

About 4 years ago, my wife and I came to Christ. Only then did we realize that Christ had come to us years and years earlier, but we ignored Him. My life today is pretty simple, really. I write sometimes, but have never finished anything. I trust that in God's time that will change. I continue to battle my weight and am in prayerful contemplation about that too. I am at once interested in and sickened by the state of politics today. (I congratulate Matt McKillip on his victory in the Kokomo mayoral race, but fear he'll be swallowed up by the political machinery that chews people up and spits them out.) I am saddened by the abuses and arrogance of our court judges today and by the disregard our politicians show the Constitution. I am even more saddened that we as a nation have drifted from our Christian heritage and have to a great degree turned our collective backs on the one and only God who has graced us with our power and affluence.

Wow, I got serious for a sec and I'm sorry. But that's life: a mix of love, laughter, pain, and sorrow. God bless you all! If I didn't scare you away, drop me a line sometimes. I'd love to hear from you.
