Personal Comments: I now live in Greater Cincinnati with my husband Mark and our almost 8 year old daughter Molly - named after Molly King from our class. We moved from Cincinnati to northern Kentucky in October of '97, partially to get me closer to the airport. Since December of '97 I have worked for Athena Neurosciences/Elan Pharmaceutcals as a Managed Care Manager. I currently cover 26 states - from New Jersey down to Florida and over to Texas. I call on HMOs and PBMs to secure acceptance of our products in their pharmacy benefit plans. Three years ago the small, privately held company where I worked for 10 years, Central Pharmaceuticals based in Seymour,Indiana was purchased by another company, and since they already had a National Sales Manager for Managed Care, and I did not like their other options, I took the severance package they offered and went back to school to finish the 9 hours I needed for my degree from IU. It was the first 4.0 of my life! I look forward to seeing everyone at our 30th reunion in July. This will be my third reunion, and they just keep getting better - or do we just keep getting better?

Personal Comments: Wow! It's been a long interesting ride, me buckos. Graduated from Purdue and worked as an engineer at Delphi (Delco). They just kicked my butt out the door. Though I chose to stay in the area, I have been many many places. Lived in castle in Germany for a summer. Stayed on Koh Phi Phi off the coast of Thailand, before the tsunami. Ate BBQed pig tongue in Japan. Got to raise my hands in the air at the end of a rifle barrel in Malaysia. Dined on a Dutch galleon in Amsterdam harbor. Created what was to become OnStar. Had 10 Buicks driving themselves under automation on I-15 in San Diego . Presented to the Secretary of Commerce and Secretary of Transportation. Son, Troy, works at a law firm in Kansas City. Daughter, Heather, doing law at IU. Daughter, Megan, is in pre-med at IU. Son Ian was born Sept 5, 2008. He is 37, almost 38, years younger than his older brother. I still play, have 15 guitars, 2 full amp stacks, 5 synthesizers, and wonder how the hair that used to look good going down past my chest got replaced by the bald spot on the back. Eeeeee! I love you all and you will always be a part of me.

Work: After graduation, I went to Purdue and graduated, then on to the University of Alaska for a Masters. Working on the Trans-Alaskan pipeline for a few years was quite an amazing experience. Then land surveying in the wilds of Alaska for another few years. After getting enough material to fill a book, I finally settled down and taught chemistry in Homer, Alaska at the local college and high school. Upon retirement, I took a job as chemist for Tesoro Oil Refinery in Kenai, Alaska. I've been able to travel extensively and enjoy so many places and people as well.
Family: Two boys whom I both love AND like [smile]! Both engineers. I'm married to a woman (Robin) who keeps me laughing and young and full of excitement about living.

Personal Comments: Greetings friends! First, about my name change, to reflect my given name at birth, I legally changed the order of my first two names. My dad wanted “Oskar” first and changed the name order while I was an infant.
After high school I tried several vocations, but felt unfulfilled. I became a Christian in 1972 and pursued theological training to become a minister. After achieving a BA and M. Div., I felt that a professional ministry is not what the Lord wanted for me at the time. I have sought to serve Christ on a personal level to those I meet while making a living in the “secular world.”
I moved to Hawaii in 1987 after visiting the Islands three times. Sign making, cabinetry, and construction as a carpenter have been my occupations. After being hurt in a construction accident, I enrolled at the University of Hawaii’s business school to study management. With an expected graduation in summer 2009, I plan to continue my construction career on the management side of operations.

I have been a cosmetologist for 23 years and I am employed as the Salon Supervisor for the JCPenney Salon in Logansport. Jim is retired from Exide Battery Corp. and is now employed by Elco Textron.
My husband is active in the Masons & York Rite and we both are active members of the Order of Eastern Star. In 2001 I served as Worthy Grand Matron of Indiana, with a membership of 51,000. That year we supported a project at the Masnoic Home and raised $37,000 and a special project that I called Beacon of Hope for Breast Cancer where we raised $8,500.

Personal Comments: My wife and I are currently living in Peru. We have been happily married for, let me get this straight, 23 years. We have a girl, Mallory, age 12 and a boy, Christian, age 6. Out of high school I spent some time in the Marines and then went back to college and on to Medical School. We lived away from the area for many years then moved back so the kids can be close to their grandparents, or was it so we could have free babysitting? I am currently working as the Indiana Regional Director for a group that provides ER physicians for hospital Emergency Rooms and my wife, Claudia, has her own candy business which she whoesales in central Indiana.

Personal Comments: Hi to all! I still live in the town of the Wildcats. I went to work at Delco right after school, put my 30 1/2 years in and retired. While I was there I was in several area's production, Union Rep, and then got on Skilled Trades. After I got my 4 years in Trades, Dang, if I didn't go back in to the Union, yelling for the Tradesmen. I have been married to the same lovely lady, Debbie for 35 years. We were never bless with any children, so we just spoiled each other. I know, I don't know how she put's up with me. We own and she runs Handy Hardware on North St. in Kokomo. I work there sometimes, but not much. I do construction outside during the summer, and when it starts to get cold, I head south to Seminole, Fl. till the last of March. She likes to fly a lot back and forth Bye for now.

Personal Comments: Thanks for the alumni site! I've had the pleasure of living in many cities since I left Kokomo but am now settled in Columbus, OH. I completed my Bachelors and Masters degrees and have been selling high technology solutions for 20+ years. It's interesting to be a "pioneer" in my field although I won't admit my age to anyone other than fellow KHS alumni! I have a wonderful husband, Ted, a local attorney, and a son, Andy who is graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University. We're avid outdoor enthusiasts: cycling, kayaking, and running....hopefully for many more years!

Personal Comments: Seems like a long time since I left KHS. I graduated from Ball State University with a degree in education after serving in the Air Force for a few years. I then attended Valdosta State University in Georgia and received my Masters Degree in Education. I am currently teaching fourth grade in Waycross, Ga and love it. I have had a full life so far and hope to have many more years. I was married, but things don't always work out as I have seen by various postings. I have traveled a lot and have seen places I have only dreamed about in school. I am very active in the local Episcopal Church and in the Episcopal Movement in Georgia. Personal Comments: Doing well and my recent physical(6 gruling hours) shows me to be in excellent health! I have been living in South Florida and LaJolla, California(San Diego) since graduating from Valparaiso University in 1975. I moved to Miami, Fla in the summer of 1977 and found an entire new world in Coconut Grove(along the ocean in Miami). I taught school (social studies and PE) for five years. Became quite active in politics. Invested in rentals. Married. One son. Divorced. Now own my own co. with 103 employees. Also own a home in LaJolla(purchased through a trust fund set up for me by grandfather(who had more $ than anyone knew!). My co. has headquarters in San Diego and I travel back and forth between coasts 8-10 times a year. Love those first class Delta upgrades as a Medallion!My parents have a home in Palm Beach as well. I received my MBA from University of Miami in 1981 and graduated from University of Miami Law School in 1986(flunked the Bar twice although I almost made it thru). But with a company hitting $5 million in sales in 1997 and 1998, I am doing better as a businessman! I am happy with my life, closer with God now that I am active as both a Roman Catholic and a Lutheran(mom Lutheran and dad returned to his parents faith Catholic). I am active in the Knights of Columbus in Fla. I will always treasure the good memories at Kokomo High School. And with a complete life, I can honestly say there are very few bad times from those earlier days in reclusive Kokomo. AMEN.

I have lived in the Clearwater Florida area for the past 26 years with my husband Ron. We have two sons ages 26 and 28. I have worked at Paradyne Corporation in Largo for the past 19 years.I am currently the Program Manager for the Analog and Digital product lines. Unlike some of you I did not go straight to college after graduating. It took me 20 some years to finally figure out what I was missing! We also belong to three other veterans groups. We bowl, Bob does woodworking, we are active in various other organizations, we're big football and basketball fans, and when it's above 60 degrees, spend a lot of time on our Harley. Personal Comments: Married my high school sweetheart Marilyn Storms (KHS '68) in 1971. VERY sadly contracted cancer and she passed on to angelhood 5 years later. I remarried in 1977, and 27 years later did the life-changing event (the Big D) in 2003. Remarried in 2006 to an Alabama gal. And they say that Internet dating doesn't work? Long Distance relationships can't continue to marriage? (800 miles for a date!) I'm proof it does work and can culminate in a life partner.
I stayed as the techie that some of you might remember. (Thank you Waldo Emerson George, George's Electronics) Was building amplifiers during my HS days, installing sound systems in some of the Kokomo churches. Continued involvement with "church tech," was the Tech Director for many years at Troy Christian Chapel in the Detroit area. Now involved to a lesser degree with church tech in a huge seeker-friendly church (http://www.kensingtonchurch.org/) the largest in the Detroit area with 4 satellite locations, planning more, planted others, and missions overseas. As far as professionally, I drove a route sales truck for Deitzen's Bakery when it was still in business, then changed to fixing what I wrecked! (in their garage).
Became a Driveability Specialist in various auto repair centers, then in 1981, on to Delco Electronics, in 1-800 nationwide technical assistance until 1985 when my family and I moved (with GM) to one of the Motown suburbs. Now manage to stay in the computer-controlled engine management systems automotive arena. Been with "The General" (Motors) for 28 years, traveled extensively as an International Service Engineer and trainer for GM, filled up a U.S. VISA with extra pages added. Most interesting country I worked in: Russia, one year after the fall of communism. Now just driving a computer keyboard as an Advanced Service Engineer, On-Board Diagnostics/Powertrain Controls, GM. Planning for future automotive service needs in GM's great cars and trucks. Hey Miss Faucet - I still sing - with the Detroit Concert Choir which won Choir of the World in Llangollen, Wales in 1996. (And 1st, 2nd, 3rd in section groups in 2006) We also sang at the Vatican - now that was a lifetime high point! http://www.detroitconcertchoir.org/
