The students in the Culinary Arts Program in the Kokomo Area Career Center operate the Glass Canopy Cafe. This cafe serves as a training lab for students interested in a food service career. Our goal is to provide quality service and products to our guests as the students learn basic skills in operating this establishment. Menu items are subject to change without prior notice. This is a learning experience and we welcome your comments and suggestions. All gratuities are used to finance field trips and class activities. Thank you for dining with us.
