Project KEY (Kokomo’s Enrichment of Youth) is a kindergarten through eighth grade program for high ability students.  KEY classes are provided as a full-time instructional program that includes high ability students from across the district.  Bussing is provided to the KEY centers which are located at Sycamore Elementary School (K-5) and Central Middle School (6-8).  Parent Nomination Forms are available from building principals.  Accelerated classes are available in all middle schools in the core academic areas. 

   Kokomo High School offers Honors and AP classes in various subject areas. The KEY program, the accelerated middle school classes, and the Honors and AP classes provide a supportive learning climate to enrich student learning as well as maximize academic potential, enhance leadership qualities, and address emotional and social areas.  Kokomo Center School Corporation is dedicated to advancing the academic potential for all students
