| KACC students win T-shirt design contest |

Kokomo Area Career Center graphic design students, left-right, Teacher Melissa Cohick, Brittney Trueblood, Tim Aldridge, Nate Lear, and Scared Rabbit owner Aaron Hiatt display their winning T-shirt designs Kokomo Area Career Center students from Melissa Cohick’s Graphic Design class captured the first 3 places in the Scared Rabbit Productions T-shirt design contest. Tim Aldridge captured first for his T-shirt design layout, while Nate Lear earned second and Brittney Trueblood placed third. Earning Honorable Mention were Emmalee Meyers, Tyler Driver, and Kristen Whited. Aaron Hiatt, owner and CEO of Scared Rabbit Productions, cited the career center students. “You could tell Mrs. Cohick’s students knew how to use their software and tools by the quality of the designs,” Hiatt said. “We had people asking for a T-shirt with each of the winning designs after we displayed them on our website.” |
