Kokomo-Center Schools provides a healthy and safe environment for our diverse student population in a culture of excellence and achievement. Kokomo-Center Schools is committed to offering choices to our parents concerning their children’s education. In addition to our Traditional curriculum (K-12), Kokomo-Center presently offers International schools for K-8 students, a Career school for 8th-graders in cooperation with our career center, and alternative schools for middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12) students.

 
Kokomo-Center Announces Study Abroad Program for 2012-2013 Print E-mail

The International School at Central Middle announces its first school partnership with the Biddick School Sports College near Newcastle, England. For 2012-2013, 7th grade international students can apply now to study abroad in June 2013!

The Wallace School of Integrated Arts (Set to open August 2012)
The International School at Lafayette Park Elementary (Opened August 2011),
The International School at Sycamore Elementary (Opened August 2011),

The International School at Central Middle School (Opened August 2011), and

The Career School at Maple Crest Middle School (Opened August 2011).


Enhanced Schools


Bon Air Technology Academy (Set to open August 2012),

Pettit Park Technology Academy (Set to open August 2012

KEY with International Studies at Sycamore Elementary (Opened August 2011), and

KEY with International Studies at Central Middle (Opened August 2011).

 

These new schools will:

  1. Expand educational options for Kokomo-Center students and parents.
  2. Enhance Kokomo-Center educational programs.
  3. Prepare students for the changing world in which we live.
  4. Increase communication skills and cultural awareness through foreign language study.
  5. Engage students through real-world projects.
